At Waterschoot Metalworks, we straighten and cut steel and stainless steel wire directly from coil to the required length. This allows us to produce straight wire lengths quickly and efficiently, for both small batches and large production runs.
Our automatic wire straightening and cutting machine processes wire diameters from 3 to 6 mm. A rotary straightening unit accurately straightens the wire before it is automatically cut to the required length.
The straight wire lengths can be supplied as semi-finished products or further processed in our own workshop, for example by bending, spot welding, welding or powder coating.
